I offer a range of different workshops, from introductory workshops, to workshops looking at how to apply the tool to:
C-Me is a tool that helps individuals to grow in self-awareness of their preferred ways of operating in the world. It helps articulate their particular strengths and the value they bring to the people around them. C-Me also helps people understand that others view the world differently. This awareness helps teams to harness each individual’s strengths and to value difference in others, turning potential points of conflict into areas of strength.
C-Me is highly memorable and easy to implement. As a result, after a training workshop, individuals and teams are equipped to put it into practice and start seeing the benefits of the tool very quickly.
C-Me also has a report tailored specifically for 16-25 year olds. I use this report in my work with Sixth Form Students to help them grow in self-awareness, understanding of others and leadership skills as they consider future career paths.
If you are interested in finding out more about how C-Me and I could serve you and your organisation, please drop me an email: cme@katherinegantlett.org.uk

WTC has worked with Katherine over a number of years both as a C-Me Facilitator for our students, staff team and Board of Trustees, and also as a team day facilitator. Katherine always brings her deep understanding of the topic and of individuals, people and teams to whatever she does for WTC which helps individuals and groups to gain self-awareness, together with a freedom to enjoy who they are in their workplace and understand how to engage with others in the most productive way.

Katherine has been working with our team for over two years. Her expertise has been immensely beneficial in helping us to understand each other’s strengths and behavioural differences. As a team we are more united and resilient. We would highly recommend her to other organisations seeking to improve team dynamics and enhance leadership skills.

Of all the assessment tools I’ve taken over my career (too many to count!), C-me is by far the best. I was skeptical given the relatively short questionnaire, only to be surprised at how accurate the analysis was of both my ‘natural’ and ‘learned’ preferences. Assigning attributes to colours makes it much easier to remember, hence put to use. For me, the most beneficial aspect of the system is how effective it is with team dynamics. As a facilitator, Katherine makes it all come alive. We’ve been working with her for a couple years and she’s brilliant at helping us understand how to leverage the tool to make us a stronger, more resilient team.
