C-Me Colour Profiling is a tool that helps individuals to grow in self-awareness of their preferred ways of operating in the world. It helps articulate their particular strengths and the value they bring to the people around them. C-Me also helps people understand that others view the world differently. This awareness helps teams to harness each individual’s strengths and to value difference in others, turning potential points of conflict into areas of strength.
C-Me is highly memorable and easy to implement. As a result, after a training workshop, individuals and teams are equipped to put it into practise and start seeing the benefits of the tool very quickly. There are a range of different profile reports to suit each individual or organisations’ needs. We also have a profile report for young adults.
I offer a range of different C-Me workshops, from introductory workshops, to workshops looking at how to apply the tool to enhance team communication, help individuals manage stress, build resilience and improve wellbeing.

After considerable research and discussion on which tool to use, WTC chose to partner with C-Me as part of our commitment to spiritual and personal formation for WTC students and staff. The practical nature of the tool, highlighting individual preferences and how we adapt in different groups has sparked helpful discussions on how to engage effectively as teams and in our learning Hubs.
Katherine makes the sessions fun and informative and her professionalism in answering queries and explaining the tool has also impressed.
