What does it mean to be human? What does a flourishing life look like? How do we hold both joy and sorrow together? These are the (admittedly huge) questions that motivate all I do.
When I’m not leading retreats, writing, or buried in a book, I love running, cooking, walking our living teddy bear of a dog and hanging out with my two boys. I particularly love a good ‘deep and meaningful’ chat with friends, ideally over coffee or good food.
I’m so glad you’re here. Please have a good dig around these pages and I hope you’ll join me as a pilgrim on this journey.
I’d love to connect with you. Please fill in the contact form and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can…
